Chief stewardess required for a 40+M MY. This is a private program that runs in tandem with a sailing yacht. 17 crew in total over the 2 yachts and 25 race crew that come in for all the regattas. Its dual season and there is usually a good amount of down time in-between seasons. Home port in Europe is Palma de Mallorca and for the Caribbean its Antigua.

This is a perfect position for a strong 2nd wanting to step up or a chief with a season or two under her belt. You need to be fully confident in service, wines and cocktail making. When boss and guests are on you will lead a team of 4. During a trip dinners can consist of up to 18 people but larger parties and BBQs are also done for up to 100 guests.

Ideally we are looking for someone who could join in Palma. There is flexibility with start date and this could be any where between next week and late November. The boat is crossing to Antigua early December.

Looking for someone who would like to commit for ideally 2 years to this fun program.

Qualifications required: Good longevity and references from previous roles, strong exp as 2nd on similar sized yachts and programs or chief experience already.
